The release date 4.24 is indicative of the Los Angeles sound, 424 is a LA area code. The album title is tied to one of my favorite colors, Black. Instead of releasing a concept album, I went with a 'color based' album approach to showcase the mood of the music: these are some of my darker, deeper, and moodier tracks. There will be future album releases with this color based album approach.
